Chris and Sarah went above and beyond my expectations. After the accident I knew it would be a lot of work if I tried to handle the case myself. I also knew that without a lawyer the insurance company would have lowballed me and not take my injuries serious. Whenever I felt the need to call them on updates or a legal question about my case they always have an answer for me which made me feel good. They tell you exactly how the process works. I highly recommend Chris and Sarah if you're in a accident.

Working with Christopher Smith, Esq. was a great experience as he was very professional and he’s an excellent attorney and easy to work with. I was very impressed with my attorney. He was very knowledgeable and dedicated to my case. The constant contact with him was wonderful as he kept me informed and updated the entire time. Each and every call I made and received was with the attorney himself and was always available to speak with me. I also received calls from my attorney just to see how I was doing and if there was anything I needed or had any questions or concerns. How refreshing. I would highly recommend them. After I was t-boned my world turned upside down.Winters & Yonker promptly sent Chris Reynolds,who explained options & made me feel comfortable w/the process. Their team handled my case professionally & dealt w/hurdles I encountered w/care & diligence. The driver contested fault;Chris accompanied me in court to offer me support & ensured I understood that process. Marc Yonker is an excellent negotiator,one of the best. His legal assistant,Kara Sapelli,was top-notch. I highly recommend their team!
