The founder of The Fantauzzi Law Firm, P.A., Anthony Fantauzzi has been a civil litigator and trial lawyer in the Tampa Bay area for almost two decades. He received his Bachelor's degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Union College, where he played intercollegiate Varsity Football and was the college's 1995 Rhodes Scholar Candidate. He obtained his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, and prior to the founding his eponymous firm, was a member and partner at two of Florida's oldest and most respected corporate law firms; Fowler White Boggs Banker, P.A. and Shutts & Bowen, LLP, respectively. He has over ten years of experience representing Fortune 500 corporations, businesses, medical providers, hospitals, doctors, and other medical providers. He currently specializes in representing small to mid-size businesses for their various legal needs, including legal risk management, planning, and litigation. He is "AV" Preeminent® Peer Review Rated™ by Martindale-Hubbell®, was selected as a "Rising Star" in 2009 by Super Lawyers magazine, was chosen as one of Florida's "Legal Elite" in 2010 by Florida Trend magazine, is a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Form, and a Master Member of the Wm. Reece Smith, Jr. Litigation American Inn of Court. He is the former President of the Hillsborough County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and a former Chair of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee (13D).
