The founder of The Fantauzzi Law Firm, P.A., Anthony Fantauzzi has been a civil litigator and trial lawyer in the Tampa Bay area for almost two decades. He received his Bachelor's degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Union College, where he played intercollegiate Varsity Football and was the college's 1995 Rhodes Scholar Candidate. He obtained his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, and prior to the founding his eponymous firm, was a member and partner at two of Florida's oldest and most respected corporate law firms; Fowler White Boggs Banker, P.A. and Shutts & Bowen, LLP, respectively. He has over ten years of experience representing Fortune 500 corporations, businesses, medical providers, hospitals, doctors, and other medical providers. He currently specializes in representing small to mid-size businesses for their various legal needs, including legal risk management, planning, and litigation. He is "AV" Preeminent® Peer Review Rated™ by Martindale-Hubbell®, was selected as a "Rising Star" in 2009 by Super Lawyers magazine, was chosen as one of Florida's "Legal Elite" in 2010 by Florida Trend magazine, is a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Form, and a Master Member of the Wm. Mr. Fantauzzi returned my call for help within one hour of the time I first placed a communication with his firm. He listened very carefully to the legal problems that I was facing and reassured me that he would immediately be researching actions which could be taken to resolve my issues. Within a half day's time, Mr. Fantauzzi called me back, communicated steps toward a resolution of my issues and was very empathetic about how important this was in my life. By the end of the week in which I had called him, he had negotiated with the adversarial party and a VERY good mediation ensued which kept me from what could have been a disastrous turn out for me and my family. I will always be grateful to Mr. Fantauzzi and his efforts on my behalf.

Anthony has been incredible during our whole case. He is quick to respond to any questions by any method (phone call or email). In the course of defense against corporate greed and bullying from 2011 to 2016 Mr Fantauzzi helped me remain standing. My outcome allows me to speak without gag. Overall the liars on the other side lost rather badly.They all moved elsewhere after we presented Mr Fantauzzi is adept in keeping his friendly demeanor whilst "working" the other side. He understood each aspect of this arcane dispute involving the function of HMOs, despite it being new to him. Now we can write the book together.

A couple of months ago my family and I were in search of a lawyer to help with a situation involving a dealership. I was then referred to Anthony Fantauzzi through a friend of a friend. Anthony bent over backwards to help us and even got us out of the situation with the dealership, which was a pretty complicated case. I highly recommend Anthony Fantauzzi because he’s an amazing person and lawyer!

We contacted Anthony as we were in a real estate dispute brought about from our inability to complete the contract due to Covid-19. I found his support and encouragement refreshing and comforting. He always got back to me and made our interactions positive. He was mindful of costs and gave us good solid advice to settle our issue. I hope i'm never in need of services again but if I am, I'd not hesitate to call Anthony Fantauzzi again! He's a great guy!
