Hired Attorney Michael Brevda

Superb attorney that specializes in nursing home abuse cases. Michael Brevda helped us when a local personal injury attorney failed to make waves versus the nursing home. Although he was a days drive away, we opted to go with attorney Brevda due to his expertise in nursing home litigation. We were not disappointed. Within a year, Michael had decimated the house of cards built by the nursing home management by deposing two key former employees who were previously silenced by the company. After that huge win, my mother's wrongful death became much clearer and was nearing a settlement. The greatest joy attorney Brevda delivered us was getting me across the table from the same nurse who lied to my face about my mother's injury. Attorney Brevda got us there when a different, lesser attorney failed. Eternal gratitude to Michael and Senior Justice Law Firm for their specialization in nursing home abuse cases. The world needs more attorneys like Michael!

Michael Brevda and The Senior Justice Law Firm embody all of what anyone could want in a legal team.They are smart, genuinely compassionate, responsive and incredibly effective. Michael took my mother’s case after she was the victim of abuse in a rehab facility and was very sensitive to my mother’s experience while aggressively pursuing a settlement. He settled our case more quickly than we anticipated with a settlement much larger than we expected. Michael and his firm are simply the BEST!

Following my Dad's death inside a nursing home, our family lawyer recommended Senior Justice Law Firm. From the initial consult, Michael Brevda and the firm were locked and loaded on finding out the truth as to what happened with Dad's fall. I spent 6 months trying to get answers from the facility. I got nowhere. Within that same time period, Michael and his team had already obtained all the records and we were set for trial. The settlement exceeded what I expected.
