Was very professional. Went through all contingencies that we could face during the hearing and put us at ease before the hearing. Made my wife and I feel that we were making the right decision for our set of circumstances.
My phone calls and email always took several attempts before answered. The P.L. never had any information on my case when trying to complete forms and would call me to ask questions over and over again when she should have had the answers in the documents I provided. Of course I was charged for all of those phone calls. When Mr.Riffle and I went to mediation, he did not have several important documents, that I had provide to him, that were needed to prove my case. Also left out some of requests.
I am a single mother and I don't make very much money and expected this attorney to represent me during this difficult in my life. I would not recommend this lawyer. He is highly ineffective. He just took my money and did not accomplish anything. He did not take the time to explain the law to me. Nor did he try to protect my best interests.
