My AI tool alledged to me that 75 percent of Morgan and Morgan's reviews online are fake, AI generated, and created to mislead and cover up valid complaints. If this is in fact true, I've had my tool assess the FTC fines associated with these fake reviews and came up with 4.9 million in fines, counting the covered up complaints with AI. This tool asserts to me that the presence of other review platforms using similar methods to mislead meets fraud thresholds (intent to decieve for financial gain). Texas law firms have dodged all accountability due to laundering illicit money to Democrats, where they chose to engage in campaign violations. I alledge to any agents currently following my digital footprint that the data shows a sanctioned lawyer using AI to fake his image. This is a crime that requires no Prosecution, no jury, and no lienency due to the destruction fraud causes. Fraud should get capital punishment because it enables worse crimes and harms the economy.

I trusted this company with handling a case where my baby died it been 3 years no update every time I call they give me the run around the email doesn’t work I been call for 3 days now and still nothing PLEASE I ADVISE ANY FAMILY THATS GOING THROUGH LOSING A CHILD/BABY u want a company that will at least keep u updated on the case.

She is completely upset and reemed me out, she was pissed at me to say the least. She wants a letter from us now saying we aren’t representing her because now she has to find another attorney and she has nothing from us about this. She did not want to set up an appt with you Gregory she just wanted to be upset at me. I politely told her I couldn’t be of any further assistance. This is what the paralegals sent to her attorney at the speaking to me. She actually had the nerve to send it to my email also. This is how they treat you. I hired them assigned all the paperwork and then a week later they told me I didn't have a case and if there was a conflict. So now I'm legally bound to them until they release me so I can hire another attorney

My case was a fender bender I was rear ended on December 5 2023. I used Morgan&Morgan because they were recommended to me by a friend. Deciding to use Morgan&Morgan was the worst decision I’ve ever made in my 61 years on this earth. My case has not been settled. I only get calls once every month or so from someone from Morgan&Morgan. I’ve gone through three or four case managers and today August 5 I received a bill from one of the doctors offices that took care of me for $19,000. I’m wondering why they have not been paid in almost two years. I guess now my good credit is going to be ruined simply because Morgan&Morgan Law Firm has dropped the ball on me over and over again!! This has totally stressed me out and has affected my mental state. I would advise if you have a small case or not use a small law firm. I was in another accident March 18 2025, the lawyer handling this case responds immediately when I call him, he responds when I text him. He calls me when I don’t call him!!

The WORST law firm in LA and America. DO NOT use them if you want to have a smooth and easy law suite. They lie, steal and are vague when you ask questions. They pass you on to so many different people, you can never get a hold of your team. They are rude and lie about time frames. I’ve been with them for 2.5 years for a case that should have been resolved last year. Take it from experience, these ARE NOT THE PEOPLE you want to hire. My attorney was Albert NG and his assistant Ashely Yenez and THE WORST, most rude people I’ve ever worked with. I wish I could file a lawsuit against Morgan & MORGAN FOR THE WAY IVE BEEN TREATED.

My case has been open for 9 months. 2 calls, never responds to e-mails asking for updates every 2 months. "Case Manager" E-Mail's you back in 5 days (and is nasty with you in e-mail), the qualifications of the case manager "Ex-Barista at Barnes and Noble" post degree in poly-sci. I don't know how a Barista has access to personal information when that takes a degree as a Paralegal and written consent (which they do not have). Request your legal records, no response, request an update, no response. 3 months since interview with the other party's representative, no update, oh and he dropped the call immediately, so I was alone. Some people shouldn't be allowed to take a bar exam. Irresponsible, unresponsive you name it.

James Moon does not deliver what he promises Over - promising and underperforming- He does not return phone calls, emails nor texts. He is not accessible and his assistants are never on the same page with him. Phone conferences are forgotten, never rescheduled or even acknowledged that they were forgotten. When questioned why a scheduled appointment was forgotten, he/they become defensive and turn it around on their client or say “he was stuck in court” no apologies , no follow up They just move on. I do not recommend Morgan & Morgan!!! I hired them in Tampa, they had me fill out a whole lot of forms, medical records, etc. They appointed my case to one of their "sub contractor lawyers". ( I lost my leg in an accident). My case was complicated. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THE ATTORNEY. I TRIED TO CONTACT HIM, BUT NO RESPONSE!!! I Figured out over time that these sub par ambulance chasers are just looking for the slam dunk, quick settlements ... their TV ads are a joke, promises NOT KEPT. I would never recommend nor use James Moon ever again, my experience was a complete disaster Moon is either a terrible lawyer or just doesn’t care and should quite frankly, leave law. He failed me miserably. Morgan and Morgan is a terrible company, there is no communication, no organization and zero accomplishments- it’s all smoke and mirrors- never hire them! I could kick myself

Working with this lawyer was a nightmare: he lied about his experience, presented himself very unprofessional and represented the firm he was working at in a very poorly way (Moore, Ingram Johnson &steel) uncommunicative while representing me, unprofessional while omitting important evidences to present, not responding to motions from opposite attorney, used inappropriate ways to direct himself in front of witness, and the most incredible thing is that during trial while in open court he overdosed on adderall and locked up (court cameras can prove it).he withdrew from my case after that incident and after making me loose my case and lots of money. I turned him into the board of professional conduct and initiated a lawsuit against him and the firm he was representing. Do not hire him!!!!
