I highly recommend Michael. Michael guided me through the whole process and is very knowledgeable in the law, he always followed through when things needed to be completed. Although I didn't like what I heard all the time I always felt comfortable enough that he was guiding me to make the right decision. He was always there and available when I called. If he was not he always called me back. Michael often times answers the phone himself which is rare.

Hired Attorney Michael Fluke

This lawyer is nothing short of excellent, and I highly recommend him, for any person wanting the best possible outcome for their case. He is worth every penny.
I'm from Canada, and needed a lawyer to represent me in Tampa, to settle a divorce after 12 years. Having done a bit of research on the web, and Mr. Fluke topped the charts. After an introductory phone call, I was convinced that Mr. FLuke is the lawyer I wanted representing me. With his experience and professionalism, Mr. Fluke was with us every step of the way, and was always 9 steps ahead of my husband's lawyer. You'd be wise to follow his advice, for he is very well connected in the legal community in Florida. I'm glad I took his counsel, he proved correct every time. Mr. Fluke, is very easy to talk to, answers every single question you ask with confidence, and always tells you the facts, straight up, no confusing double-talk. Even though I was distraught with emotion over the divorce, Mr. Fluke's empathy and compassion, shone through, and he kept me focused on the facts of the case, that would give me the best possible result for my own future.
Mr. Fluke made the whole process be as painless and efficient as one could expect, and I had a settlement in my hands only a short time after.
On a personal note, I want to thank Mr. Fluke, who is a genuinely authentic person, and would recommend him with no hesitation whatsoever. I'm telling you from my own experience, this is money that is well worth it.

If you are looking for an honest divorce attorney with a spectacular trial record who does what he says he can do and delivers real value, I recommend Michael Fluke. There isn't enough space here to say all I would like to say about Michael. In court, hearing the Judge rule in my favor regarding the children was fantastic; hearing that the ex-wife’s claims were frivolous was wonderful, but the look on the face of my ex-wife’s attorney when the Judge said no fees awarded.priceless

Hired Attorney Michael Fluke

Michael did a great job for me on my divorce. First off, he spent the time and attention required on my case to assure the outcome. He was thoroughly prepared and always in touch with the specifics of my case. Nothing more annoying than a lawyer who is so out of touch that you have to remind them of the basics of your case. That was definitely not Mike, he was on top of all the details. While my case was relatively simple, there were some wrinkles that he did a great job ironing out.

Michael Fluke was successful in getting a restraining order in a repeat-violence case....Was very satisfied with the way he handled the case...
Always kept me informed and advised me on what our Best options were in this case.....very objective
I've had several lawyers in the past and in my opinion,Mike is one of the best..liked the fact that I always had direct access to Mike...very accessible and prompt in returning calls ... highly recommended

Hired Attorney Michael Fluke

Mr. Fluke help me navigate very complex and often acrimonious negotiations with my wife. His counsel was always spot on. His ability to identify the salient issues helped me reach an agreement which was fair and equitable. During mediation, he knew instinctively when we should stand our ground and when we should give back a little. In the end, our agreement has several protections for myself that will serve me well. Mr. Fluke is a kind, down to earth professional that is respected by his peers.

Hired Attorney Michael Fluke

I strongly recommend Michael Fluke to anyone as well. I found myself being falsely accused of Domestic Violence injunction in Hillsborough County, and I live in Miami, Fl. so I had to drive all the way 3 to 4 hrs.
I was so pleased because the case got dismissed on the grounds of insufficient evidence. I felt like the money was well spent, he listens, extremely patient & on time. I'd definitely recommend him.
