The senior partners of DSK Law began practice together in 1976, and developed a dynamic firm that has grown with Central Florida. The firm is engaged in the general practice of law and represents a wide range of individual and corporate clients in a variety of legal matters.
I had a complex case and pre-qualified the ability of the attorney to take on a case requiring certain conditions. I was assigned Lindsay Greene, Partner for DSK Law for a paid consultation. I was promised confidentiality and it was noted on my cashed check. Lindsay arrived 25 minutes late for the scheduled meeting. Billed for 1 hour, for 35 min. meeting time. LG repeatedly promised to call me the next day. After 5 days I left a message. Day 6 sent an Email. Day 7 declination-No Call.
My wife and I purchased legal shield under dsk law. We eventually utilized our coverage when I as a 100% disabled veteran hired a landscape company to redo my lawn for anxiety and ptsd treatment. The landscape company did a horrible job and we resorted to dsk. They gave us the run around as their supposed first action. Long story short it took them almost a month to supposedly gave the letter out which we pretty much wrote. When the company did not respond dsk said well we did our job your on your own...purely garbage so-called representation. Crap counsel and 💩 service. Totally waste of time and money!
Unfortunately DISSAPPOINTED - lawyers RUDE, hang up, and NEVER HELP no matter that I pre-pay. Made many requests for assistance, but result is same WASTE OF TIME, Lack of Professionalism, RUDENESS.
THIS IS THE WORST LAW FIRM I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! IT SEEMS LIKE LEGAL SHIELD IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!
