About Brian C. Palacios

Criminal Defense Attorney Brian Palacios has handled thousands of criminal cases ranging from Juvenile Delinquent acts to DUI’s to Murder. He is a Former State Prosecutor with extensive trial and litigation experience. This legal knowledge and breadth of experience has led to him being named as a Lead Trial Criminal Defense Attorney. Mr. Palacios has tried all types of criminal cases including Murder, 10-20-Life, Drug Trafficking, First Degree Felonies that are punishable up to Life in Prison, and various other Felony Crimes.

He launched Brian Palacios Law in 2020 and personally handles every case. A seasoned litigator and member of the Florida Bar, Mr. Palacios appears in court daily and is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts. Mr. Palacios is also licensed to practice in Federal Court in the Middle District of Florida. He is passionate about the law and dedicated to his clients.

Hired Attorney

Brian Palacios represented me during my DUI case. He was extremely professional and responsive beyond measure. He kept me continuously apprised of all updates and provided me copies of any discovery items related to my case. He gave great advice and worked hard to get my case downgraded to a Reckless Driving charge. I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with a similar charge(s).

Working with Attorney Brian Palacios was straight-forward from the beginning. He was great at explaining everything and helping with the entire process of sealing my theft case. He could always be reached via phone or email on any day and at any time. Very professional, punctual, organized, and treated me as his client like an actual valuable human being versus the ugly criminal stigma the theft charge had hovering over my name. He reviewed all the paperwork with me, line for line, and hand-delivered it to the courts in a very timely fashion. At the end of it all, he won my case (my case is now sealed) so that I may happily move on with my life. He was even interested in taking the time to hear about the next chapter in my life, versus just saying bye-bye-on-to-the-next-client. I recommended Attorney Brian Palacios if you are in great need of 2nd chance in life because of your charge.

Hired Attorney

Brian was referred to me by a friend. I was uncertain about how my case would go, but Brian was very reassuring and quickly went to work gathering my info. We still have to go to court for the criminal side of my case (COVID has courts shut down), however he won my case with the DMV. He was able to overturn a 18 month suspension with ease. Very responsive, very aggressive for you, and always keeps you informed.

Working with Brian Palacios was one of the best decision I have made. He was respectful and considerate, he listened to all of my concerns. He took the time to explain all pertinent information to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. This was very helpful and greatly eased my own personal fears and concerns. I suffered from a lot of anxiety surrounding my situation and speaking to a lawyer could be stressful and worsen my anxiety, however with Brian, he made it very easy to talk with him, he has always been available when I needed him and has a great way of easing my anxiety instead of worsening it. I highly recommend him!
