Brian Palacios was the third lawyer in town that I called. From the start, he answered every question with great detail and did not sugar coat any part of the process. I am not familiar with legal matters and have never required legal assistance before. Brian was very honest and true to his word, at less cost than the “bigger firms.” It feels very lonely trying to navigate the legal system, and Brian makes it easy as possible. During the course of the proceedings Brian answered every little question that I had, probably many repeating ones too. He was always available and prompt with his replies. Brian Palacios represented me during the most stressful time of my life. Upon our first meeting I could tell he had thoroughly reviewed my case, asking pertinent questions, which put me at ease. He was there every step of the way, explaining the process and keeping me updated. He was available to me 24/7 via text or call. Brian was aggressive and extremely competent in the court room.
