Hired Law Firm

Had my consulation with Mr. Wimsatt. He explained my options and said he would reach out to the other parties attorney and if we couldn't get anywhere that way I could obtain his services to get the legal documents that I need. A month later and I still haven't heard back and have reached out via email multiple times to hire this firm to assist me in this time sensitive matter and still have yet to hear back. Very disappointed bc after my consulation I was very optimistic, not so much anymore.

Jason Ponder is Not a good attorney! Will make you pay all this great amount of money to end up removing himself from the case for low fund . I'm a very low income and he promised me at the beginning to settle my case for not more than $5250 , I paid 4450 and didnt cover anything and they requested $2000 to cover the mediation, I told them that I dont have that much and I dont want the mediation but they refused to stay in the case, and they recommended to seek the legal aid😱😱😱 to help me . Charged me $185 to withdrawl from the case shame on them taking advantage of their clients. Doesn't care about the client personally just after the money. Hands down not a good attorney to go to. I requested from the the office to speak to the manager but no one called me back . I hired him to get my ex raise the child support and paid every dime I worked very hard for and he left my case and didnt even call me discussing my options . If I didnt hire him I would have 4500 now

This us the worst law firm I've ever had the horror working with. I was robbed for $5000, then the lawyer I was working with left in ther middle of working out a will for my credit. After many hostile conversations back and forth Ayo decides to honor the agreement of ther lawyer who left. With so much back and forth, I never continued with the will and decided to take the loss of credit. It is now 3 years later and their office is trying to send me a bill. As always the staff is rude.BEWARE!

Hired Law Firm

I was educated on a "finance plan" offered through their firm. They charged a deposit of $325 ($225 refundable) just for them to assist you in applying. It took a whole 5 minutes via phone to apply. I begun to get emails from various financing companies. Similar to something you would experience when applying through E loans or similar type company. The financing person never called me back following thru on his word. I am still waiting for a refund on the refundable portion near a month later
