If you are in need of an all business, no BS, courtroom Pitbull, I would HIGHLY recommend retaining Jeana Vogel. Jeana and her paralegal, Mariam are quick to respond, quick to take action and Jeana will not only fight for you, she will go to war for you. Jeana gave me realistic expectations in regards to everything, she told me everything that I needed to hear, not just what I wanted to hear. She never mislead me or gave me false hope, nor did she make any promises that she could not guarantee. She will be as upfront and honest with you about your case as she needs to be, and that is exactly what an excellent and reliable attorney does. I am beyond grateful that I was able to find and retain Jeana, because once Trial started, all I could say to my self was, WOW. Jeana dismantled a frivolous lawsuit and slander campaign against me, like a house of cards. Truly incredible courtroom performance and I couldn’t be more thankful for what Jeana did for my son and I. Thank you!!!!

I recently had a case handled by Howard Ellzey and Jeremey Simons. Mr. Simons did my appeal. The two of them were very professional and told me what was happening, what would happen, and involved me in every decision. They were expensive but I ended up getting the results I wanted. I am very happy with the way they handled my case.

Hired Attorney Howard Iken

Howard is an excellent attorney. He handled my bankruptcy over two years ago. He kept me informed on the case - always returning my calls promptly. I had an issue just recently on this case and he had me come in the same day to answer my questions. This is one attorney that really knows what he is doing and cares about his clients.

Howard Iken was a great bankruptcy lawyer. He was non judgemental, kind, and most importantly AVAILABLE. Even close to a year after my case was settled he still talked to me over the phone and through e-mail with questions that I had. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been a client of Ayo and Iken in Tampa and my lawyers name was Crystal Phillips. My case has been over for almost a month and I can now give a fair assessment. Overall I was not happy with my services. Crystal was very sweet and appeared to be very nice, and every time I encountered her she was nice. The cons were enough to make me write this review. I made a payment and for whatever reason the payment didn't go through. When the office manager Michelle spoke to me she was very accusatory and rude. She insinuated that I did not have the money to pay for it. When I called my bank to speak to Michelle from USAA (2 different people) she still was accusatory. When it was realized that the issue was with Ayo and Iken....Michelle's DID NOT apologize to me at all and changed her tone. When I spoke to Crystal, she said Michelle was a nice person. I tried to ask for Michelle's manager and was told she did not have one. I kept my composure because I had a case to fight, but UNACCEPTABLE.

This firm falsely advertisesFREE CONSULTATIONS on their website to get you in their office! At the conclusion of my brief “free consultation” I was forced to pay $325! To add salt to my wound, when I attempted to apply the “advice” supplied by their associate Jason Coupal, I was informed by the Pasco County Sheriff the advice/information given to me was NOT accurate.
