Attorney Richelle Marsico has practiced law in Florida for more than two decades, bringing a steady hand and deep trial and appellate experience to every family law case she takes on. After serving in the United States Air National Guard, she graduated with high honors from the University of Tampa in 1998, earning a Bachelor's Degree. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate with honors from Stetson University College of Law in 2002, and later returned to Stetson to sharpen her courtroom abilities—graduating with honors in 2018 with a Master of Laws in Advocacy. Richelle began her career handling divorce matters and complex commercial litigation in St. Petersburg before opening Marsico Law in Tampa, where she built a practice centered on helping families through custody disputes, support issues, and appeals of unfair rulings. She also served as Appellate Counsel with Florida’s Second Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office, managing felony appeals and post-conviction matters. Today, she practices exclusively in marital and family law, serving Greater Tampa Bay and handling family law appeals statewide, including temporary-order appeals, direct appeals, and extraordinary writs.
