I hired Mr. Factor after going through three different lawyers. He was the first attorney that I felt had my best interest in mind. He tells you the battles that are worth fighting over and which ones are trivial. He is straight forward with his answers that ultimately save you court costs and legal expenses. I would highly recommended to represent you in all family law matters.
No matter who you choose, do so carefully. Legal proceeding are foreign to most people, you are really putting you future in any attorneys' hands, do your homework. I read an earlier reviewer (post-proceeding) that had problems with how mediation is handled and the pressure this firm places on you to settle. This was my experience as well. I too feel my case was mishandled and expect a reply stating they do recall the situation in the same manner. A bit of canned response if you review their replies. When I brought this same issue up with counsel, I heard these same words in person, only a bit more adamantly. In retrospect, I would not use this firm for any legal matter, I would however strongly recommend opposing counsel, she was very effective in negotiating for her client.
