I ran across some reviews of Mrs. Mattox yesterday and in an attempt to be non-confrontational, I simply my own brief review. However, the more I have thought about the things that were said about Marie, I felt compelled to address them. Marie and her staff have been handling my cases for six years, which I am sure to most people that is an excessively long time. At one time, I felt that way myself. But unless you are a legal professional, you would have no clue about everything involved. Furthermore, it needs to be understood that she takes cases on cases on a contingency… meaning if the client does not win, she does not get paid. I know for a fact that she is normally the one that pays the over $400 filing fee. So, in other words (in case none of this is sinking in) she actually loses money. Dr. Viker’s keen legal knowledge and experience is profound. Dr. Viker is focused and has an amazingly quick flexible mind. She was always available to me and helped me overcome my serious fears of confronting my employers. Dr. Viker gave me courage to stand up for myself. All I can honestly say is, it was more than a pleasure having Marie Mattox represent me. Reminding me of my own mom was a comforting yet interesting factor. Being very laid back, yet availing her stern, professional,and determined personaility brings forth an astounding sense of trust. Her ability to not only represent the truth and find appropriate statutes to limit a defense in any direction they may choose gives any plaintaff confidence to stand alone against whatever may be brought forth.
