Mr. Kenny is extremely personable and very willing to bend over backwards for his client. He is very client oriented and client friendly in his practices. Mr. Kenny's issue concerning responsiveness stems from his efforts to help all his clients fully that he can over extend himself at times.

Do not hire this law firm they will quote you one price then charge you another price once case is resolved. PLEASE KEEP ALL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE FEES OF THE SERVICES. If you are African American please find another law firm they will get nothing done for you especially!

Working with John Kenny was Nonexistent! Basically, after I paid him he disappeared. It was like crickets! Then, he got suspended from the bar for 90 days! When he came back we had another issue that popped up over the whole ordeal. I told his secretary that I wouldn’t be able to attend mediation because of a court date that was on the same day as our mediation. His secretary explained and dissuade me on rescheduling stating it couldn’t be rescheduled and you’ll have to be there. Unbelievable! The day of our mediation my attorney John Kenny, didn’t have any information on my case whatsoever. He got several things wrong in my case and basically tried to bully me into just excepting every one of her terms. John Kenny, absolutely didn’t have my best interest whatsoever! And when I tried to dispute this with him he simply bullied me! He sent me an email detailing all the reasons why I should contest it & If I did he couldn’t further represent me. What exactly did I pay him for?

Attorney Kenny never reviewed evidence and as a result, I, as the plaintiff, was made to look like I was in fact a violent drunk who beats women and almost lost all visitation with my son. There was adequate evidence to the contrary and Attorney Kenny failed to review any of it or to adequately represent my rights in court. The ironic part is two previous state's courts found her to be in willful noncompliance of the order. He is a hazard to anyone he represent

John C. Kenny took a 4500.00 retainer, never met with me other than in court, went to trial with no preparation, and as a result I have severely restricted access to my 6yo son. Because we had no defense against my ex-wife's accusations the judge took everything said as fact and ruled on it. Meanwhile, in my possession, was all the factual documents that disproved her claims, previous contempt orders etc. Avoid this man at all cost!
