Hired Attorney Mr. Joseph Bodiford

Not only was Joseph knowledgeable, he was easy to reach ,easy to talk to, professional and well respected within the Judicial system. We hope to never have to use him again but if we ever needed any attorney, he would be our guy.

It's over! I was accused of three very serious crimes and facing 6 years in prison. The problem with the case from the start is the accuser was clearly lying. Only after consulting with 2 other attorneys did I meet Joe and I knew right away he was going to represent me. You don't find many board certified trial lawyers let alone one like him. Joe and his staff knew from the start that I was not guilty and treated me that way the entire time.

Joe was very responsive and did an excellent job with my appeal. I wish I had hired him in the first place and it may have saved me the trouble of having to appeal. He articulated the facts of the case extremely well and was able to show that I did nothing wrong and the injunction was reversed. I highly recommend him.

Well its like this, I had a public defender supplied to me by the state and all I heard for a whole year while sitting in county jail that I was gonna get 24 to 30 mos in prison. Finally, I had a friend tell me about Joe Bodiford. My family helped me retain him and as soon as I hired him he started finding loopholes in the law and ways to keep me from going to prison. I'm very happy with Joe's services. I scored FOF prison and got a break. Thank you, Joe.
