Tarah is the most unprofessional, rude, gas lighting attorney I have come across. Using threats and manipulation to force someone to comply with what you want is simply uncalled for in the court of law. She would know this if she were in her words "a decent human being." She is working for the opposing party in this case and thinks that by using threats she will get what she wants. 15/10 would never recommend!!!!!!

I echo other feed back listed here regarding lack of professionalism, name calling and below par organizational skills. Wish I could give a negative amount of stars. Especially in the usage of proper grammar/punctuation and the ability to be kinder than necessary. I would give her 5 stars for strong skills in gas lighting. Avoid at all costs.

Tarah was assigned to represent my case of contempt. I sent documents as requested by their deadline. Both her paralegal Ashley and Tarah herself were completely unprofessional towards me. Not once did Tarah try to sit down and speak with me over the phone or in person. After court, I didn't understand what was going on, I had to be the one to contact her after court & expressed my frustration how this court case was handled. Tarah responded with a long email blaming me and said what I could have done beforehand, but she had not tried to sit down with me once at all. She then went on to say she could help me based on what happened in my case but she's not going to because of my "attitude" when she has been nothing but unprofessional, rude, and uncaring. The emails I received from this office will display their unprofessionalism. If you want someone that at least cares to sit down and understands what's going on in your case before they represent you, she is not the one for you.

I am compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with Tarah Wagner. Throughout my interactions with her, she exhibited a severe lack of professionalism. She often spoke to me in a condescending manner through email and at times over the phone, making me feel undervalued and disrespected. Her approach was not only rude but also dismissive, which created an uncomfortable and hostile environment. I am thankful for the paralegal she has because she is extremely sweet whenever I needed help. Moreover, her organizational skills were seriously lacking. She frequently missed deadlines, failed to keep track of important details, and seemed generally unprepared for our meetings. This disorganization significantly hindered progress and caused unnecessary frustration. I ended up firing her and found a better attorney that treats me like a human being and actually HELPS with my case. I would not recommended this attorney to anyone.

Very rude when me and my wife used her. Overcharged by so much it's not even funny. Yelled at us multiple times when we were her customers. .. Should have looked on here before 3.5 rating

Working with this lawyer has been one of the worst nightmares of my life. This lawyer is very unprofessional and does not conduct business well. She constantly tries to result in name calling of the client due her lack of knowledge of the case and more. I was first given her due to an contempt order against me which was something easily resolved when it came down to hiring her on she was so unprofessional. She would say one thing but, do a total opposite. She is not a trustworthy person and if you want to be represented by someone who does not care about your case shoot for her! I wish I read the reviews because it would've saved me! I have emails documentation which proves how unprofessional she is at a lawyer. She spoke regarding me being an undesirable client due to her not being able to stand on something she has stated she would do! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Most horrible nightmare of attorney. As she got involved in our case first think she did was scream at mother & I would only be nice when payment was requested. She scream at the both of us making us feel like we wore killes or terrorist no take it back like we wore her slaves. As she demand for us to follow the rules. Screaming at us SHUT Up YOU WILL ONLY TALK WHEN I TELL YOU TO DO SO as my son respond to her question tarah again SCREAM LOUDER NO SHUT UP I SAY SHUT UP JUST ANSWER YES OR NO & got angry because she didn't received our emails yet charge me for many more emails and calls that never happend. But after I ask kindly to please calm down and beg for her 2 stop screaming at me and my son she begin to claim I had harassed her over my politely asking 4 respect. We suffer from PDS and I just had a lymphoma removed & BT we stay up for a wk until 4am to send her paperwork we consider would be helpful for our case but I cry after she sad is bad We got drope pay $ for LostTime -*

Don't think one is even a good rating for her. she is very rude and doesnt know how to properly talk to clients!!!!

She is the most unprofessional attorney I have ever encountered. She serviced my daughter. Before Court someone arrived and told me she was screaming in the waiting area. After court I witnessed the same behavior and asked her to stop screaming,she went on a tiraid, screaming at me said she was done and for me not to return with my daughter to court. I said leave you are not helping any way.. She stayed. She needs anger management. Do not hire.
