Over 20 years as a client and I continue to be impressed by the quality of the people at Bousquet Holstein. I make it a point to recommend the firm to friends and family. The feedback has been 100% satisfaction. Emilee Lawson Hatch is the principal attorney I work with. Often involving trust, wills and estates. She’s great and is a fountain of information and recommendations. If she feels it’s appropriate she will refer my inquiry to others. I’ve always felt she did the right thing. Joshua Werbeck has dealt with real estate. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Recently he resolved an issue with an adjacent property owner. Job well done, with minimal problems. Erika Hooker does a great job resolving social security issues for family. Other members of the firm are always friendly, responsive and very helpful.

I pulled in Attorney Hatch on a case in which I was a lawyer. I needed help in an area in her wheelhouse. She was amazing! She exuded competence and was so knowledgeable. She was also personable and compassionate, putting the client at east quickly. I would recommend her to anyone. In fact, I felt that I learned how to be a better lawyer just watching her in action.

No one knows more about her area of the law. Emilee is the go-to person in central New York. If you have an elderly loved-one or you are an elderly loved-one, you want Emilee in your corner. She will take care of you like you are her own mother or father. She really listened to our needs and helped us figure out the best plan for our end of life decisions. I have to say how wonderful everyone I have dealt with here is. They are kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. They are able to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand and without any condescension. I have used them a few times, one time I had an emergency and Emilee was kind enough to meet me at the hospital so I could sign some time sensitive documents. Another time I was having a difficult time getting some documents notarized and Casey, who was out of town was able to have his assistant notarize a document for me in under 24 hours. There have been a couple other normal items they have helped me with as well, and they are always kind, prompt and efficient. I can't say enough good things!
