Nathan has represented individuals accused of criminal offenses ranging from minor speeding tickets to capital murder since 2003. Although the consequences and strategies differ in each case, his approach remains the same. In order for the client-lawyer relationship to be successful, there must actually be a relationship. It must be a relationship where the client feels comfortable and confident that their lawyer truly cares about their case. Secondly, there is no substitute for preparation. There is no consistent way for an attorney to reach the best possible result unless he takes the time and steps necessary to be fully prepared in each and every case. Finally, an attorney must be open to negotiate, but willing and able to aggressively litigate for his client. Nathan uses this approach to reach the best possible result for his clients.

It’s my honor to write a recommendation for the law firm of Nathan Earwood Criminal Defense. I received a traffic citation while driving through Franklin, NC. recently. I am a senior and was extremely upset as I had not had a traffic citation in over 40 years. Fortunately, I found Mr. Earwood’s law firm and his legal assistant assured me there was nothing to be concerned with as they could help me and it would not be necessary for me to return to North Carolina to appear in court. Everything was handled very professionally and I was kept informed throughout the process. I am extremely satisfied and pleased with how I was treated personally and this issue was resolved. I highly recommend Mr. Earwood and his law firm.

Got hit with a speeding citation that would have resulted in my license being suspended. They went to court for me and talked it down to where I could keep my license, just had to pay a ticket, and sent clear explanations as to what they could do and why. Wonderful to work with.

Actually this Law Firm was the first one to reach out to me with a letter. so I called and was told what to do on instructions from emails. Haven't heard as of yet with my case but I'm not worried. Even though I live in Florida, they took care of me so far. I would use them again if needed.And I highly recommend them!!!

My attorney dropped representing my son at the last minute for a traffic citation. Nathan Earwood was referred to me and jumped on the case. Their staff was easy to work with, quick to respond to phone calls and texts. They were upfront and never over promised what the outcome would be. We were hoping for a reduction in charges and more than pleasantly surprised that they were able to get the citation and all court costs and fines dismissed. A small fee ended up saving my son a significant amount of money, especially keeping his insurance rate from going up. Be smart, hire this law firm, you won’t be disappointed.
