Pat is super to work with. He was very attentive to my legal needs.
Pat has always been very responsive to me. He has even responded to my emails prior to 6:00 am on more than 1 occasion and he has always returned phone calls as promised. Pat does a very good job of explaining the legal aspects of my situations in a no-nonsense context that I can understand which makes me much more comfortable in my decision making process.
Lawyer did not respond in timely matter. Just days before discharge car loan that was reinstated. The loan officer stated they never received the reinstatement papers. Copies of pay stubs were lost and I had to go to employer and get copies.
