Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C. is a law firm established in 1954 with an office in Summit, NJ. At this office location, there are 10 lawyers practicing general practice, alternative dispute resolution, antitrust and 48 other areas of law.
James McGlew is the (best) attorney (ever) who represented me for my divorce . After being married for over 34 years , I came to understand that I wanted my life to be one of joy , peace and love , and that I needed to summon the courage to end a marriage that was not working. The professionalism , mastery and humanity of Mr. McGlew was a constant during every phone call, email, letter and court appearance . My questions , concerns , fears and worries were always addressed in a timely manner and I felt cared about and understood . When I called the office , Pat Della Piazza answered every single time , always keeping me informed , always providing much needed assurance , and letting me know that I would be fine . I trusted her and appreciated her wisdom, kindness and patience . I allowed myself to grieve for a marriage I could not fix. I felt such abundant gratitude on the day my divorce was granted because it was the expertise of Jim McGlew that gave me my freedom and my life.

I hired Elizabeth Manzo from Lindabury, McCormick, etc. firm. I needed assistance during a very challenging time in my life - needed to obtain guardianship for someone near and dear to me. This firm states they are well versed in guardianship - could not be further from the truth. They are a scam! (In my opinion.) They will bill over and over again and bill for a bill. For example, send a bill for looking over a document and then a bill for the cost of writing the bill.... WTF! This added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. They will look for any reason to send a bill (especially Elizabeth Manzo...again, in my opinion. I should also say allegedly to cover my a**).- I hope this feedback serves as a reminder of the importance of ethical practice in law. Everyone should stay away from this firm.

These are the least trustworthy, unethical group of crooks out there. They are not professional have given poor advice that cost thousands of dollars. They have dragged out cases for the purpose of and have falsified information in court. I would never recommend this firm to anyone.
