It was a criminal case and my family member was looking at having to be sentenced to 6 months State Jail or 9-12 months Safe P and we told John that we didnt want that and he told us up front that he didnt know if the District Attorneys office or the Judge would agree to anything less than that, but that he would fight for us and try to get it over with and let us bring my family member home. It got down to the day before the court date and he came to us with the good news that the judge agreed to TIME SERVED after she spent 65 days in the county jail.
