I am a trial lawyer with more than 21 years of experience in helping clients through divorce, and other family law matters, and defending clients against criminal allegations in both federal and state courts.  I have prevailed in several jury (and bench) trials for family law clients with divorce, modification, custody, child support, and/or adoption issues. I pride myself on aggressively representing my clients with compassion in a manner that provides my clients with everything necessary for them to make informed decisions on how they want their individual cases handled.  I have also obtained several "Not Guilty" jury trial verdicts for clients in a variety of charges that include murder, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, sexual assault, DWI/DUI, possession, burglary, theft, and domestic violence.  I have the experience you need to obtain the results you want.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
