Don't speed in Virginia. Not only is it a traffic ticket but a cri.inal offense. They gotta generate that revenue! All charges dropped, great coorespondance, didnt empty my bank account, all thanks to J. Daniel Vinson, Esquire!

I missed my hearing for a speeding ticket due to disabled child being at home sick. The caretaker did not show. Mr. Randal was already in court. I expected to be found guilty. With no explanation for my absence he didn't reschedule. He defended me in my absence and reached an agreement that I would pay court costs and the charges would be dropped. This saved me on future insurance cost increases, that are assigned by the insurance company to drivers with traffic offense

I've had multiple traffic violations, so I went and meet with Mr. Randall when I got my most recent one and he told me what he could for me. I was very pleased when we went to court and he was able to do what he said he could do. I will continue to use him.
