BUT I MUST BRAG ON HIS APPEARANCE IN COURT.
Yesterday I stood falsely accused. However, Justin was able to bring the truth to light and suppress the lies that I had been accused of. I got to hear the Judge utter two very sweet words "CASE DISMISSED" Praise the LORD and Bless Justin Bush.
I was referred to Justin Bush by a very good lawyer I have used for many years. When I went into his office for the counceltation he talked with experience, concern and confidence. I was always notified of court dates and information concerning the case. The price he gave me was very affordable and the payment method was great. In court he was very professional and knowledgeable. I would refer his service to anyone in need of it.
The rating would fall just below perfect for all categories, he was prepared, he knows the law and its application, and was able to address the case effectively to the court in a professional and cogent manner
Mr. Bush represented me in my child support case. He was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He knows his way around a court room and is very knowledgeable about the laws and how they pertain to your case. Without him I wouldn't have gotten everything I truly deserved. I would recommend him to anyone!
Mr Bush is dismissive & has zero compassion. He does not take the time to listen to his client and is not empathetic. For him, it's all about the money. He expects you to keep dishing it out with little to no communication. No empathy.
Although always responsive in a timely manner, Mr. Bush always acted as if he was bothered by my requests. I will not be doing business with Mr. Bush again. He did not give the legal representation I expected for the amount of money he was paid.
Alex Bell is the worst lawyer I've ever known. It took him 7 months to make the first move on my case. After several complaints to the firm with no results of better professionalism or action on my case, I would never recommend them. In fact, avoid them like the plague. He's had my case for 2 and a half years with no resolution. He gives very little or no effort at all. There is very little communication, sometimes going months without hearing anything from him. His excuses for these delays range from preparing for trial to his dog died. He does not keep me informed. When we had court appearances, he shows up unprepared and no knowledge of my interests. He allows opposing counsel to dictate terms and makes little to no effort to argue on my behalf.
I filed my divorce and it took 2 months for my ex to get served papers. He would ignore my phone calls for up to 3 weeks on MULTIPLE occasions. He is on TikTok and he would ignore me but continuously be uploading ridiculous TikToks. All he wanted to do when we got to mediation was settle for anything the other lawyer offered, he did not care for my children and what was best for them. I got charged for a subpoena of bank accounts and they actually LOST the information to view the bank account statements. Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable. I wasted so much time and over a year. I probably could've been divorced a lot faster with less expense. Going through a divorce as a single mom is one thing, but to also end up wasting money and a year of time made everything extremely tough. Do not waste your time.
