I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service and support that Donna Antonelli provided during my recent interaction with the law office. From the moment I spoke to her on the phone inquiring about hiring the group, she greeted me with warmth and professionalism, which immediately put me at ease. Donna was the reason I chose Shiner Law Group to represent me. Her willingness to go above and beyond to address my concerns was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the way the office handled my settlement disbursement. Despite repeated attempts to communicate my concerns, I felt like I was not given the attention or respect that I deserved. The disbursement process was prolonged and confusing, and I was left feeling frustrated and unsupported throughout the ordeal. As a client, I trusted that my attorney would handle this process with care and professionalism, but regrettably, that was not my experience.

Do not use this law firm they are horrible!!!! Their attorneys don't even speak to you they have people call you or email you at their convenience they don't even respond to every voicemail or phone call that you leave them they don't respond to your emails in a timely manner they do not investigate properly they do not do anything for you. Did you not allow you to have your surgeries that you need they allow you to be disabled yes they don't care about your health and they don't fight for you at all they lie to you in the beginning and tell you oh yes we're going to get you all this money but you know what they don't get you crap. Then they give you issues so do not go to the law firm trust me they are the worst and they deserve zero Stars after what they did to me I hope they burn because nobody deserves the treatment I was given by this law firm and I don't want anybody to go through what I went through so please go to a different law firm if you value yourself and your case

My experience with Shiner Law Group was extremely disappointing. They failed to respond to multiple request for direction and advice and it cost me any chance at recovery. I sent no less than 10 emails and multiple phone calls with no response. When I finally made contact I was told the individual had just returned from vacation. I was also informed I missed a crucial deadline that invalidated my claim and it could not be recovered. We hire lawyers because we do not know the laws or understand the legal requirements but in my case they failed to mention this very important deadline. My case was not going to be a huge sum but it was a sure win but now i am left with nothing. I can only hope this situation is not commonplace for the firm and it won't happen to anyone else. For me personally, it's devastating and will make things difficult for me going forward. It was all avoidable and would have taken a phone-call, email or text to fix it. Do better next time

It has been almost 4 years since this law firm has been handling my auto accident case. Granted, during part of that time, I was pregnant and unable to undergo certain rehabilitative therapies and MRIs, which extended the case. However, my children are now 3 and 2, and I am still going in circles with Shinner Law Group. All I want is for this case to be settled and closed so I can move on. I call and call, but NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS. They say they have no voice and to email team 11—seriously? As a single mom of two highly active kids, the last thing I want to be doing is chasing an attorney for a call back or an email update on my case. Unfortunately, at this point, it's too late to switch attorneys because of the time they've invested. It's disheartening because you want to believe in people, especially lawyers, who you think have a heart for service and helping the public get compensation for bodily damage caused by someone else's negligence.
