Hired Attorney

I hired his firm to write an agreement. The drafts sent to me had spelling, grammatical, and errors in content. There were over 55 errors or omissions that I found in a 25+ page document. I also found errors in the time charged; as well as his claim for fixing his firm's mistakes. At the rates he charges, the work should have been much better.

We corrected the rough draft errors, explained why clients review drafts (for content), and refunded all paralegal time. Some clients will never be satisfied, yet we strive to continually earn the outstanding reputation we are known for in our community.
