Hon. Max L Rosenberg

I have previously worked with more than 10 lawyers. this guy ripped the opposition to shreds. I would hate to be on the other side of the table from him. He knows his stuff and his opponents know he knows. I use him for everything, from contracts to real estate, partition actions, evictions, zoning, and tax appeals, this guy is a whiz! For my money, he's the best in COnnecticut.

I went to Rosenberg & Press for a problem I had with a debt collector that constantly called my home, my job, and my cell phone at all hours of day. I asked my attorney, Max what I could do to eliminate my debt without having any money. He informed based on the FDCPA act I might be entitled to money if they violated my rights. It took one phone call to end the harassing call and few more to negotiate the settlement. I highly recommend this Attorney and Firm to anyone in a similar situation.
