Drobny, who had been practicing in these same areas of the law since 1980. DROBNY LAW OFFICES, INC.'s main office is in Sacramento, California and has satellite offices in San Ramon and Stockton. We had contacted an attorney to update our trust which required a number of unique situational changes. This particular attorney felt that Terri would be the right person to accomplish this update and recommended we contact her. Our initial communication with Terri confirmed she was the correct attorney for the job. The trust was updated in a very professional and timely manner. We highly recommend Terri Easlon!

Carefully reviewed our current situation, asked appropriate questions, reviewed our prior trust, made changes and clarifications, gave us appropriate time to review and understand, and finished the process in an outstanding manner. Terri updated our wills and trust. She answered all of our numerous questions prior to the update and throughout the process which helped us think about our options for making revisions. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided good answers and relevant examples. Terri is also very patient, understanding, and has a good sense of humor. Hired Attorney Mark S. Drobny

Mark came highly recommended by a close friend of us who just lost her husband to multiple health issues. We found ourselves is a similar situation as my wife has multiple health issues as well. This time it was an unexpected hospitalization which nearly took her, and it became very clear and important that we needed a Living Trust. Mark was very responsive to our needs and drew up the paper within a day or two and he came to the hospital for us to sign all the paperwork. I can't begin to tell you how relieved I am that he was so available to us and that we were able to do this in a timely manner. I highly recommend Mark Drobny.

This is the second time we have had Anastasia write our documents which included Trust, Wills, Power of Attorney, and Advanced Health Care Directive. She is a pleasure to work with and is very understanding of family wishes. She is also very knowledgeable and guides you to right where you want to be. I first learned of Mark Drobny through an estate planning presentation sponsored by the San Diego Humane Society. He went step by step explaining wills and trusts, their different components, advantages and choices. It was so good, that it motivated me to create a trust and will and get my affairs in order. I made an appointment and Mark explained the process and ensured I understood all aspects. The resulting will and trust reflect everything I wanted plus more I wasn't aware I needed. I am confident that my estate is protected. He relieved my stress that moving forward it will continue to be protected and my wishes will be followed. Now that it is complete, he has given me clear instructions as to who should be informed, who should have copies of the different documents and in the future years, we will be revisiting my documents occasionally to keep them up to date. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark Drobny to anyone who is considering creating a will and trust.

Mark was funny and explained complex legal terms in very relatable and common sense language. His support staff were incredibly courteous, very responsive and helpful. We hired Mark after viewing a free webinar on estate planning that was hosted by the SPCA. Mark's support of various local organizations is one of the things we really liked. He understood our concerns about caring for our pets if we passed away and made the somewhat intimidating process of estate planning manageable. He thinks of issues that I never would have and included little "extra" tips that truly made our lives easier.
