This includes the Personal Injury team know as Southside Injury Attorneys which is led by SWWW Partner John Webb. The Southside Injury Attorneys are located in the Stockbridge office. Although it is a large firm, the sense of community is extremely important within the firm, where both the attorneys and support staff feel like family and spend their days dedicating themselves to serve their clients and community.

After contacting this firm to Probate my son's will, I was amazed by the attention given. The next day all the paperwork was in place to be filed with the Probate Court System. During this trying time of the loss of my son, this was a very welcomed relief. Hired Attorney Mr. John Garland

Byrd is extremely knowledgeable about the ins and out of the courtroom and the judges. Byrd was passionate with conviction when giving opening and closing statements and in his presentation of the facts. His objections and reasons for those were always met with "Sustained." He not only cared about me, but cared about the process and understood the politics and how it could affect the outcome of the hearing or my case. I highly recommend Byrd Garland to anyone needing a great attorney!!
