I was referred to Rachel Virk by another attorney and I was grateful for the referral. I consulted with her shortly after my separation and hired her to prepare my Property Separation Agreement (plus an Amendment demanded by my ex). She was extremely professional, but compassionate. Most of all, Rachel and her assistant, Anita, are incredibly responsive. I was very pleased with how quickly they responded to my emails and questions and the speed with which they prepared the required documents. I would definitely recommend Rachel to others seeking a divorce.

Getting divorced was being made incredibly difficult by my ex-wife, but Rachel Virk led me through it! Rachel's knowledge of the law, the processes, and even the personnel in the Loudoun County court system enabled her to manage my expectations avoid surprises. When there were options regarding how best to move forward, Rachel made correct decisions, made them swiftly, and she knew just how to follow through for the best outcome. One of Rachel's strongest gifts is her ability to explain the law and how it is applied depending on the situation. Finding the RIGHT attorney to handle my divorce was not an easy process for me. I spent hundreds of dollars meeting with attorneys, that just simply did not "feel" right. I was finally referred to Rachel in one of my final encounters and from the first call, I knew she was exactly what I needed. (Her book is wonderful btw) She made sure that from the initial consultation, she was not wasting a minute of my time/money. She asked all the right questions, and balanced my answers with a thoughtful approach to how to proceed. She offered options and made me feel throughout the entire process that it was my choice, but managed everything SO WELL. Her staff is professional and knowledgeable as well. During stressful moments throughout the process, she made the time to speak to me. She is EXCELLENT, THOROUGH, KNOWLEDGEABLE and EMPATHETIC. Everything I needed for something that was so complicated and heart wrenching to go through. I would highly recommend her services!

At our first meeting, Ms. Virk gave me complete confidence that I was dealing with the correct person. She was knowledgeable and explained both the process and my options very clearly. She was able to provide a quite reasonable estimate based on my particular parameters, and the end cost was slightly less than the original estimate. Her office is always responsive: every email or phone call was returned promptly. Her preferred method of dealing with divorce is very respectful that people are already involved in what can be a difficult process, but I can also see in her the ability to be as firm as the situation requires. A personal note: My teen daughter is considering the law. With my case concluded, I scheduled an appointment to allow my daughter a chance to meet and speak with Ms. Virk. She was extremely generous with her time, and has provided a valued perspective. I would unequivocally recommend her to anyone seeking legal assistance. (To learn more, buy her Kindle book.)

Absolutely the best choice I could've made for divorce in Virginia. First, she developed a deep understanding of the situation, and offered advice and support in a timely fashion throughout the process. She always made herself available during the often hectic, chaotic and contentious portions of the process. I knew I was in good hands throughout -and she has an awesome support staff. I also recommend her book, "The Four Ways of Divorce." Very informative and helpful.
