She explained each step clearly, prepared documents thoroughly, and kept the process moving without delay. Her approach was direct and grounded in a strong understanding of family law. I worked with Rachel during my divorce process. She explained the process thoroughly, and plainly, and answered all questions I had during the process in lay terms when necessary. She responded very quickly and kept on top of my case. I found her easy to work with and schedule around. She clearly laid out her thoughts during the process and gave me the feeling of agency in my decisions. I appreciate her diligence and patience. During a time of high stress, I did not find stress in working with her. She helped calm my concerns and give me my next task to accomplish, or expect to accomplish. I highly recommend working with Rachel Virk.

If you’re looking for a team that is responsive, professional, and will ethically guide you through a very difficult process, I highly recommend Rachel Virk and Anita. I’m very grateful to have met Rachael and seen how devoted she was as a lawyer who also did a phenomenal job representing me. I can truthfully say that having her as my attorney was the best decision I made. Rachel will fight for you, she is a great listener, and takes your feelings / decisions in consideration when discussing legal issues. Throughout the entire legal process, Rachel showed me how dedicated she was. Aside from how knowledgeable she is about VA Laws, she was able to notice small details in legal documents that the opposing party purposely changed to benefit them and eventually would cause future legal problems for me.
