I have dealt with The Allen Firm for over 22 years in my capacity as a Chief Lending Officer for a local bank in the preparation of thousands of real estate loan closings both commercial and residential. They have always been extremely through and responsive. Their knowledge of real estate law and banking regulations is exceptional. In addition they represented the bank in several Bankruptcy cases and have been instrumental in minimizing the banks possible losses.
