Siegel, Colin & Kaufman is a boutique divorce, mediation, and family law firm with offices in Stamford and Westport.

Our attorneys are experienced in matters involving divorce, such as legal separation, custody and visitation, child support, alimony and spousal support, and division of marital assets. They are also qualified in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including mediation, arbitration, and collaborative divorce. Our members also provide advice and counsel in the areas of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Members of our firm often represent high-profile individuals in sports, entertainment, finance, medical, legal, and business. In addition, one of our partners, Thomas D. Colin, is a former Connecticut Superior Court Judge who served as the Presiding Family Court Judge in Stamford, Connecticut.

Our firm was founded as the legacy of a respected local family law firm, Fitzmaurice and Siegel. Hired Attorney Dyan Kozaczka

Dyan is a legal power-house. She is whip smart, a strategic thinker, and has a sophisticated understanding of the psychology of litigation. She will do her best to settle your divorce in an expeditious manner. She puts your needs and your budget front and center. She is fierce when the situation is warranted,-but knows how to diffuse unnecessary conflict. She is an excellent writer and has presented in front of the CT Supreme court and won!! Dyan is responsive, and kind and compassionate and fun! She is a great person. She is also-- all "bite and no bark"-- she gets things done! While divorce is painful, I learned so much about myself and came out the other side stronger due to Dyan's clarity and knowledge about family law. After wasting a year and a half of my life with another attorney, while heading to trial. Dyan figured out how to stop the runaway train and settled my case in 2 months. She did what other lawyers said could not get done! My children and I owe her everything.
