I am a young Veteran with service-connected PTSD from serving in combat overseas. The VA had purposely excluded multiple symptoms from my C&P Exam and supporting documents and gave me an unfairly low disability rating. Feeling discouraged and betrayed by the system, I reached out to multiple attorneys to help me with the strenuous VA appeals process. Since I am a young Veteran, every attorney I spoke with declined my case because their contingency fee would be smaller since I was just recently separated from Active Duty.
