John Tucker and his staff were steadfast throughout a very long battle with the VA, and never wavered, even when chances for a payday for them looked slim, until the my claims were proven and I received full benefits. The attorney assigned to my case, Dan Clarke pursued the VA like a bulldog, picking apart the errors they had made over 11 years until a higher review board realized and acknowledged those errors and made the appropriate award. First, I have to explain how lucky I was to have accidentally come across TLG. I was dealing with the unfairness and unethical protocol with the Veterans Administration. Apologies for not remembering my 1st associate, but she kicked a**. The entire team went after the V.A. like pitbulls.
