Very satisfied with the services provided to us to rid ourselves of our Diamond Resorts Timeshare. It took awhile (7 months),for final settlement, but A member of the Finn Law Group was always available to answer our questions and provide reassurance that they were making progress. We would highly recommend this law group if you need release from a timeshare.

Staff of Finn Law Group were wonderful to work with especially Jennifer. Questions to them via phone calls-emails were answered in timely manner.
Jennifer at times noticed concerns I had regarding the process to get released of our time share. Calmed any fears I may have had on what would happen within the stages of getting released from our Time Share.

There are many firms that say they can help you end your timeshare misery and take your money and do nothing. Finn Law Group told me from the start what they can and can't do and made no promises. They responded to all my questions and worked diligently to help us resolve our issue with ILX/Diamond Resorts. No matter who I spoke with they were always pleasant and responsive.

When I needed to get rid of my timeshare I called them and everyone person I spoke to handled the matter is a very professional way. The fee was a too high for us to pay so they even offered to let us make payments. The timeshare is gone and I am so glad with went to Finn Law Group
