We are so glad to finally put our timeshare nightmare behind us. The process to get out of our timeshare was on schedule (about 9 months) and we were finally out of our contract as planned and at a very reasonable rate. However, the timeshare company mistakingly put a foreclosure on our credit report, which required another group of experienced attorneys (Swift Law) that works with the Finn Law Group in such cases. It took another 15 months to finally reach a settlement with both the credit reporting agency and the timeshare company after havingto file lawsuits against both. Both attorney groups were excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend them. Both were very professional, caring and knowledgeable. We could not be more pleased with the final settlement outcomes.

This was the first time working with a lawyer and I was very hesitant to hire someone who could help me fight against my Hilton timeshare because the contract looked firm. However, I was really struggling with this timeshare and I knew that it was a bad investment especially because they encouraged me to get a Hilton credit card, they required that I attend a presentation the day after I got married, etc. Stephanie was great at explaining and following up with me. When I had repetitive questions, she would still answer them professionally and in a timely manner. She also gave me a reasonable timeline to expect especially when the pandemic hit. I'm glad it is finally over and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get out of their timeshare.

Must say me and my wife are very happy that we hired Finn Law Group. After doing lots of research and hearing radio advertisements for law firms and companies that say they can resolve resort timeshare issues I went with Finn Law Group. Everyone I interacted with at Finn, whether it was via telephone or email was always professional and responsive to all questions asked. I was advised how to deal with any contacts made to me by my timeshare company, I forwarded requested documentation to Finn, and Finn did the rest! It did take some time but that is to be expected. During the process I was updated several times, my emails were responded to in a timely fashion, and I could always reach my case manager. I was at ease knowing that my case was being handled by reliable professionals! I was completely satisfied with the results obtained.
