Hired Attorney Dan Kazanas

I can’t say enough good things about Dan and his ability to represent someone. He represented me in an almost 2 year long case. He thoroughly researched my case and presented an extremely well thought out and documented case that ultimately led to a satisfying settlement. Not only won’t you find a more competent attorney you won’t find one that matches his ability to connect with you on a human level. Dealing with a law suit can be stressful and burdensome and he always found time to take my phone call or send me an email to relax my fears and keep me focused on our case. Hired Attorney Dan Kazanas

I shared Office space with Dan in the 90's and while I do not recall actually hiring him on any particular case, I did seek his advice on many legal issues in my own practice and found him to be an exceptional professional in all aspects of his practice. I was also a co-counsel with him in a large corporation bankruptcy proceeding. Based upon my intimate knowledge of his ethics, professional practice and personal character, I would unhesitatingly recommend Dan for almost any legal issue.

Dan Kazanas - is a good lawyer because he is wise - trustworthy - compassionate - fair - and a great communicator. We hired Dan because we wanted a top-notch professional not in our small county area and someone who knew Missouri law well. From our first conference, we felt comfortable with him, knew we could ask any legal question and get a clear answer, and hoped that a ten-year-old nightmare would be over finally. Dan did the right research, kept us informed, presented beautifully in court, and won the case. We have zero complaints about working with Dan.
