I hired Jenna Glass for criminal defense after consulting Mr. Rosenbloom and his firm, which he handed my case down to her. The firm had an excellent reputation so i felt my case would be in good capable hands. Paid a retainer and had no further correspondence with Jenna for over 2 years. During that 2 years I called dozens of times and was told all was well by a secretary and would be contacted by Jenna when and if necessary and not to call the firm. I only called after warrants repeated issued for no appear. Realized she purposely spoiled my case out of spite due to an office error money request. I paid the money and was told that i had tried to steal from her by my not being notified in the first place, and paying as soon as I had been notified. That error does not haunt her to this day. Still affects me to this day. My future has been forever altered for the worse due to hiring her. If I had an enemy, i would gladly reccomend the services of Jenna Glass to them.
