Worthless firm. Care nothing about the people that they represent. It's just a money factory, if they get stuck on your case and it requires them to put in some research they give up. In over 2 years they rarely contacted me. Never ONCE by an actual attorney until the evening before court, and he was driving home in the metro area so he clearly was able to focus on our conversation let alone take notes behind the wheel! When you are contacted by them it is always a different assistant. You get shuffled through lawyer after lawyer. Check their reviews on Indeed.com and see why they have a 1.2 of 5 rating. Now I'm screwed because I believed their website, ads & online reviews. I now believe they are having people post positive reviews on different sites where they have very low ratings to boost their score. There is even a review posted on 1 site from what appears to be one of the firms partners mother using her real name! proves saying "you can't believe what you see on TV or online!"

Absolutely no communication. Almost a year later and no communication. I thought my hearing was up next week. But I got a letter today that it was postponed by my attorney Jennifer Mrozik. Thanks for letting me know. After all this is only my life you are continuing to screw with. Stay away from this law firm. They don’t care about you. For Pete’s sake it take 3 days for them to call you back. Very unprofessional

They advertise that they are "the largest SSDI law office in MN." Maybe true. But their business model is simply based on numbers, not quality of services. They advertise that you will meet in your home with an attorney. I was with them for a year and this was never offered. In fact, they did not allow me to even talk with an attorney! Minnesota lost my personaly information. When i made conplaint lawyer said he wouldnt represent me if i wasnt happy bit couldnt tell me what happened to he paperwork with my personal information likke social security.

Never seen my lawyer after my initial meeting, was told he would be there the day I went to court, but he was not. He sent someone else who I never met and was not comfortable with. Terrible communication here, had to re send my packet in 3x because they kept making errors.

After consulting with hoglund I was told they would not be able to save all the assets we needed I.e. IRA, home equity, car. After getting a second opinion I was told they could save everything and did! Bankruptcy went smoothly! Thank god I went through LAMEY LAW OFFICE in OAKDALE Mn!! They take monthly payments as well. Call them they are truly amazing! If I called I got to TALK to my ATTORNEY!! Go with them instead of hoglund! You will be glad you did!

I agree with all the bad reviews. I've worked here for nearly 2 years. They advertise like crap and then give crap service. Your "free consultation" is with a law clerk with no law experience, who reads off a form to be filled out. You don't or nearly ever get to talk to the lawyer. They also discriminate against their employees and clients. Very high maintenance, arrogant and often forget others are human and oh, one last thing, they will try to get you to sign papers right away - don't do it.

I was extremely dissatisfied with their services. The TV commercial says "we will meet with you in person" that is a complete lie. For almost a year, when I called, all I ever got to speak to was a legal aid. I never once saw or spoke to the attorney. On the day, when my hearing was finally scheduled, I got a call from the attorney telling me not to bother showing up for court because my case was not winnable. I could tell that was the first he had ever laid eyes on my case.

they took all of my info over the phone,they did not care about anything I was stating to them.they just wanted to know if I or anyone in my family was injured by drugs that were on the market.THAT IS AMBULANCE CHASING,CLEAR AND SIMPLE.then they put me on hold,after 5 minutes they hung up on me.never to be called back.i have been struck with bells palsey,now half my face is paralyzed,and my right eye does not work correctly.they were a huge waste of time.they turned their back on me instantly.

They are not prompt at calling back, sometimes it would take up to a week and then it would be some paralegals assistant. The "lawyer" (a person working under one of the actual lawyers) was 45 minutes late for my hearing, didn't know anything about my case, and didn't say anything to defend me in the hearing. They didn't have 3/4 of my medical information and with being late didn't have ample time to discuss anything before being rushed into the hearing.
