We purchased a lease to use for our property rental and it has proven to be extremely useful and helpful. The only thing I have against Ken is that he overcharges for email communications. We had a problem with a tenant letting us show the property he was quitting and emailed Ken about it maybe 3 times. He charged us $150 for 2-3 responses that probably didn't take him more than 5 min. each. We thought this was a little excessive.
