Snow Jensen & Reece was established in 1986 and has since become the largest locally owned and headquartered firm in Southern Utah with offices in St. George, Cedar City and Kanab. It serves clients in a broad range of practice areas, regularly handling complex litigation, large transactional matters involving real estate development, and sophisticated tax planning for businesses and individual estates.

The firm has represented national clients including Wal-Mart, US Bank, Wells Fargo, Northwest Savings Bank, Inland Western, Haycock Oil, Thomas Petroleum and Smith's Food & Drug. In addition, the firm represents many of the largest financial institutions, real estate developers and private companies in Southern Utah including State Bank of Southern Utah, Gunnison Valley Bank, Kay H. The lawyers at Snow Jensen & Reece have volunteered hundreds of hours to various non-profit, charitable and governmental boards on which they have served including Utah State Bar Commission, Governor's Office of Economic Development, Economic Development Corporation of Utah, Utah Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission, Santa Clara City Council, Southern Utah Community Legal Center, Washington County School Board Foundation, Dixie State College Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Washington County Economic Development Council, St. George Kiwanis Club and the St. George Rotary Club. In addition, the firm has provided monetary support through significant donations to several local, state and national organizations including, Boy Scouts of America, And Justice for All, Dixie State College Foundation, Southwest Symphony, and the Washington County School Board Foundation. The lawyers in the firm believe they have a duty to provide voluntary assistance to public and non-profit organizations, both in the form of voluntary service as well as monetary donations.

Pro-bono commitment: Members played a key role in helping to establish the Southern Utah Community Legal Center, which serves area residents who cannot afford legal services. In addition to its involvement in these programs, the firm regularly provides representation to local families who, because of unique circumstances, are unable to pay for legal fees.

My case is still in litigation so I could not say this firm won my case yet. But I can say we have won every Motion and I am confident of a favorable outcome. This firms refusal to pad their account with unnecessary billable hours while performing outstanding legal representation is remarkable. I've had poor representation before and seen poor representiion by opposing counsel in my present litigation. I cannot help but feel this firm has out performed in every way. I recommend these attorneys and I feel extremely lucky to have found them. The paperwork drafted by their paralegals and reviewed prior to filing are works of legal art. I wish I could have written and researched so well when I was a lawyer.

Lewis Reece has been a godsend for me and my sister as she is dealing with a post divorce issue with and an ex spouse. Mr. Reece's knowledge, and decades of experience dealing with similar situation involving abusive and narcissistic ex spouses has been so invaluable. Lewis has been an amazing lawyer in a very layered and difficult case. He came highly recommended from other lawyers in my area and they were all correct . He is patient and level headed. I hired Snow, Jensen and Reece to help resolve a non-delivery issue with a moving company after moving my 90-year old father to the St. George, UT area. It had been 8 weeks of no communication from the moving company and I decided we needed additional help to get the problem resolved. I met with Lewis Reece who was very kind and compassionate regarding the situation. He promptly and directly made contact with the moving company through letters and phone calls. After another 6 weeks my fathers' property was finally delivered. I attribute the positive outcome of this situation to the prompt and professional efforts of Mr. Reece and his associates. I highly recommend Lewis Reece and his associates, without reservation.
