Fillmore Spencer LLC is a full-service law firm that represents a wide variety of clients, including business startups and regional, national, and international companies. The firm and its attorneys also provide leadership and service in our community. For example, the firm has served as pro bono legal counsel to America's Freedom Festival at Provo since 1996, two of the firm's attorneys are past presidents of the Central Utah Bar Association, the firm is a regular sponsor of Corporate Alliance and the Utah Valley Entrepreneurial Forum, and the firm's attorneys are actively involved in community service in multiple ways.

I would give him six stars if they let me. No one ever wants to need a lawyer but if you do, this is a smart choice. Efficient and intelligent, this man can help where most would falter. I highly recommend Mr. Spencer if you're in need of an awesome lawyer!

Fillmore Spencer is a great firm with many very good attorney's. Our business works mainly with Randy Spencer. Randy is a great attorney with outstanding integrity. He works hard and fights for his clients and always has great advice. I would highly recommend Randy Spencer, and Fillmore Spencer for whatever legal matter you have.

I worked with Kara North and she was very much on top of the entire ordeal. She kept me informed along the way and saw it through to the end where I feel she was able to represent my interests and get me the best deal I could. In addition I never felt like there was a fee timer going everytime I spoke to her. The cost and outcome was very much fair. In the future I will not hesitate to use her and Fillmore Spencer again.

Scott has been an amazing attorney; very creative; and in the long run, I have ended up with the totally desired results from his legal experience.. I've never had a problem getting in touch with him and his legal secretary is awesome... He's also not afraid to tell you that he may not immediately have an answer; but gets right down to the research necessary to answer your questions...

Hired Attorney Scott P. Card

I would NOT recommend Mr Card because he was only interested in more money (therefore another client) and not looking out for my best interest. Looking back there are many things I would have changed if he had foresight as my attorney to recommend it. It took them months to make simple changes to my stipulation only after I had to call and e-mail to get things moving along (all of which I was charged for). After all this his staff filed in the wrong county and then gave me the wrong case number.
