I asked Mr. Weeks for assistance with an emergency family matter along with the usual will and trust combo. The emergency matter was left hanging while he took preliminary info and payment for the non-emergency will and trust. We met with Mr. Weeks four times and the emergency situation was never addressed, he was researching past wills and trusts that had nothing to do with the emergency. He is very prickly and insolent, and got distressed that I critiqued his order of handling affairs. Meanwhile, my head injured uncle is in an unsafe living condition and the guy is racking up filler hours and quibbling about verbiage and inconsistencies in statements like he's the FBI. This dude is very angry and should be avoided at all costs.
