All of the questions when you first call them and was told that I gave all the information that was needed ,the second call back was NOT reviewed before the call so I had to go over the whole process again and kept telling them it was taken on the first evaluation and in the intake... she would then go back and say oh yes there it is oh yes there it is oh yes there it is...

I was almost never able to contact the lawyer handling my case..not even able to leave a message on his phone. I was continually referred to his assistant, who on every occasion, had to speak with the lawyer first. It was a totally frustrating experience.

i used farah & farah for a car wreak took forever over two years to settle and never got to talk to my lawyer just his assentient and used them for my social security disability would take weeks to get someone to call me back and then when i told him about problems i was born with and have records of the problems i was treated for since i was 3 he told me i didn't have the problems didn't even get the records then dropped my case would never use them again or refer them to anyone

In the beginning the attorney portrayed to be concerned. As time went by he was only concerned about what he got paid for. I was told I would be compensated lost wages and many other things, I did not receive any lost wages. I did more work on my case than the attorney. I handled many things pertaining to my case, I was told my legal team would handle everything and they did not. Everything I voiced my concerns about to the attorney were not handled or considered. Several times the attorney told me my concerns were not worth the trouble. Truth is, my concerns weren't with his time. I have never met an unconcerned, lack of sympathy, callus, lying attorney that I hired to work for me. Farah and Farah commercials are clearly all lies. They do nothing they promise their clients. I would never recommend this firm to anyone. I suggest anyone who needs an attorney go to Miami or Atlanta. Those attorneys work for their clients and get them great settlements, unlike Farah and Farah

MY CASE/FILE #2018J04796 WAS CLOSED AS SLIP AT WALLMART WAS MY FAULT DETERMINED BY FARAH. 4 MONTHS LATER CONTACTED BY CLAIMS MANAGEMENT WALLMART TO SETTLE MY ACCIDENT. RECEIVED CHECK NO HELP FROM FARAH TEAM.

Found out by my insurance company Farah and Farah dropped me no phone call or nothing how professional is that will not never seek them again.

DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE ATTORNEY AND HIS STAFF, MY ONSET DATE WAS REPORTED INCORRECTLY TO SSA AND I LOST OUT ON 24,000..PERTINENT MEDICAL INFO NOT SUBMITTED WITH INITIAL CLAIM, SLOWED MY APPROVAL BY MONTHS...DID NOT TAKE PROACTIVE MEASURES TO ASSIST WITH MY CASE..DID ALL OF MY OWN RESEARCH AS WELL AS SUBMITTING INFO TO ODAR TO ADVANCE MY COURT DATE AND GET AN APPROVAL. DID.WILL BE SEEKING DAMAGES AS WELL AS FILING BAR COMPLAINTS...SHOULD HAVE USED MORGAN AND MORGAN OR ANYBODY ELSE.

To get any info. we have to continually call and leave messages - they were very slow and did not provide details in a language that we could easily understand. Talked over our head like we were used to dealing in this type of situation.

The worst law firm in the country.

They should rename their firm Liar & Liar.
