Takes little information to get told no. Does not handle small cases, description is wrong. When asked why, supposedly the receptionist could not get a hold of him again, what a coincidence. Poor communication.

They passed my case around from paralegal to paralegal. I never knew who to ask for when I called. They never called to update me. I think the fee structure of 1/3 no matter how long they put into the case made them complacent about working on the case or being responsive to me. I could have done the work myself, and would have, had I known what a client like me typically asks for and expects in a car accident case.

RUN AS FAR AND AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! This firm is a joke. They barely keep in touch. They didn't file important matters pertaining to my case until the DAY BEFORE causing said matters to be thrown out immediately!!! The judgement awarded in court was a joke - they and the doctor they recommended cleaned house leaving me with ongoing injuries and pennies!!! They refused to file an appeal then charged me bogus fees to keep the excess interest that came in the settlement check!!! RUN RUN RUN!

Dears I hope this finds you well. I have contacted your office couple of times to raise a case but no body response to my case and case were not raised. Unfortunately I am not happy to deal with you.

I wasted two months with Brandon M. Gladstone who finally communicated to me after my multiple calls that they couldn’t handle my case. As a result, I missed critical deadlines and lost valuable time. Very disappointing, unprofessional experience.

He fails to demonstrate the same concern, interest and zeal in you and your case after he has convinced you to retain him....His staff are unprofessional and the don't even return phone calls. One secretary at the time failed to follow up with my doctors and thus causing undue delay.....they made a simple injury case extend to almost a year to be finally settled. I wont use him ever again and wont recommend him or office to any one.
