About Ozarks Family Law

Ozarks Family Law is a small firm dedicated solely to domestic practice. We specialize in Divorce, Child Custody & Adoptions throughout Springfield, Marshfield and the rest of Southwest Missouri.

My philosphy is simple - I will work hard for my clients, openly and regularly communicate with them about their cases, and treat people with the utmost dignity. My goals are simple - to make sure that you understand the legal proceedings from day one, to communicate with you often about your options, and to get you the best possible outcome for your particular legal situation. No attorney can guarantee the result of a given legal issue - but I can guarantee that you will have an attorney that cares about you and your situation every step of the way.

I would highly recommend Ozarks Family Law if you have to go thru a divorce. Dylan and Kristen was very prompt, compassionate and very responsive to my case. I never had to reach out to get an update because they were always on top of it! Kristen was always fast to respond to my emails or phone calls and Dylan was very professional and caring on our consultation. Highly recommend this firm!

When I first tried to find an attorney to represent me. I searched for all attorneys in Springfield and I saw many good reviews on Dylan and the reviews have one thing in common, they all said that Dylan cares and listen to them. Now I can confirm that statement is true! Dylan listened and understood my needs and he gave me great advices. He would stay facts on everything that we did and we said. Dylan always advise me to handle things appropriately and not do any inappropriate things unlike my ex attorney. Dylan doesn’t use emotion in any statements or any actions that we did when he was working on my case. He is always professional and he only state facts. He doesn’t do attacking tactics but yet effective.

Divorce is something that can be messy and crazy. Dylan and Kristen took all the mess and craziness out of this process. They did an wonderful job. I would recommend this firm to anyone who needed their assistance. There an outstanding team.

Going through my first court case, I did some research and met with a few lawyers before making a decision. After thinking about it, I chose to have Dylan represent me and he didn’t let me down. His paralegal, Kristen, is so amazing too! They both know exactly what they are doing and talking about. They never steered me wrong or judged me for any opinions I had. They were honest about the good and the bad both! He gave a fair price and everything was charged fairly as well. I’m so grateful to them and will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone! I also will not be hesitant to ever use them in the future if need be! They made me feel so comfortable with everything and leaving it in their hands! I sure didn’t know what to expect but they made it such a wonderful experience and I learned a lot too.

I explored a few firms for my dissolution of marriage, Dylan and Kristian stood out above the rest the moment I walked into the office. They treated me respectfully and I knew I had the right people after my initial consultation. Dylan was able to help me understand how the entire process worked and what I should expect. It helped fill in the gaps that the Greene country courts website wasn't clear about. His paralegal-Kristian was amazing to work with. She handled my case with care and she was very responsive whenever I had a question. I'm pleased to recommend them to anyone who may be looking for legal representation.

After my first consultation with Dylan I knew I was in the right place. Prior to my appointment he had done research on my case. Wow ! I cannot praise him and Sheila enough. Remarkable, outstanding, kind, professional, understanding, knowledgeable, patient just to name a few. My case was a long legal issue and they remained diligent. Phone calls and emails were answered promptly. I expect Dylan to go far in the legal world as he and Sheila are not only phenomenal at their profession but amazing individuals. Quite honestly, I will miss them both now my case is over. I highly recommend them !
