About Ozarks Family Law

Ozarks Family Law is a small firm dedicated solely to domestic practice. We specialize in Divorce, Child Custody & Adoptions throughout Springfield, Marshfield and the rest of Southwest Missouri.

My philosphy is simple - I will work hard for my clients, openly and regularly communicate with them about their cases, and treat people with the utmost dignity. My goals are simple - to make sure that you understand the legal proceedings from day one, to communicate with you often about your options, and to get you the best possible outcome for your particular legal situation. No attorney can guarantee the result of a given legal issue - but I can guarantee that you will have an attorney that cares about you and your situation every step of the way.

Dylan was a great lawyer for my divorce. Him and Kristen were wonderful to work with. Dylan really pushed the other side and made sure things were done in a timely manner. I highly recommend him and his team!

I am SO glad I went by reviews when googling for someone to do my divorce, that was affordable too!!! Everything since February has been great!! I had a medical issue which held it up a little. Thank you Dylan and Kristen so very much. You are great! While I won't be needing a divorce attorney again, I will definitely be recommending you guys to anyone who needs one!! From the moment I met Dylan, I liked him. He handled my case in such an professional manner and encouraged me to go after what I deserved, coming out of a long term marriage. Initially, I was willing to basically walk away just to get out of the marriage. In court, Dylan was polite where the other attorney was not. It paid off. We won my case and I can honestly say, that Dylan is very good at what he does. I have also worked with other attorneys who would run the clock just to bill you more. I did not get that impression with Dylan or Kristen. Both were pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this law firm if you need representation in a family law situation. Thanks again, Dylan, for your help!

Working with Dylan twice now, I can easily say that it has been a great experience. He is extremely kind, knowledgeable and eager to help. He truly cares about you as a person and your wants/needs. He and his office were extremely quick in getting our case handled and they couldn’t have done a better job. Communication was always great, they were always very quick to answer any questions I had and they explained everything every step of the way in a way that I easily understood! Highly highly recommend and will absolutely work with them for future needs!

I really don't know how to say all the great things there are about Dylan and Kristen!! My case was a long one, but both of these precious people went above and beyond to make sure everything went the way it was meant to go and never slowed down! While handling my divorce case and then a custody modification, they were patient, kind, thorough, and the list can just go on and on! I couldn't have had a better experience than the one I had with this firm! I consider them not only friends but family!

I would highly recommend this firm. Right from the start they were professional, and thorough. Any questions I had regarding my divorce were promptly addressed and answered. Kristen is also an asset to the office. She was always on top of my case and and always responded quickly. Overall this was a good experience and I would use them again if the need should ever arise. Thanks Dylan and Kristen for all your help in navigating my case and, for or taking the stress out of it for me.

Dylan and Kristen were absolutely amazing to work with. Responsive, understanding, patience and knowledgeable. They both made feel they cared and genuinely wanted what was best for my child. I never felt as though it was just a job and they were there for the money. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a family attorney. It is a scary thing to have your child/children lives ultimately in the hands of strangers. You wont regret putting it in the hands of Dylan.

I would highly recommend Ozarks Family Law if you have to go thru a divorce. Dylan and Kristen was very prompt, compassionate and very responsive to my case. I never had to reach out to get an update because they were always on top of it!
