Hired Attorney Glenn P. Green

I feel that he did absolutely nothing to help with my case and anytime he sent an email there was an incredible charge. I would sometime receive 5 one line emails in one day and be charged the full amount for all 5. I also received emails that were just forwarded to me. No hello, no info from him just forwarded but charged fully for them. I paid him a high portion of the small amount that he was able to get for me.

Hired Attorney Glenn P. Green

Communication with Mr.Green was terrible. Could not get him on the phone at all. Was always pasted to his assistant who never once could answer the problem I was trying to contact him about. I got a hateful email back from him after trying to contact him by phone three times in one day but never a call back to resolve my problem. My case was drug out for over a year and a half. I thought that was an unreasonable amount of time. It seemed like nothing moved along unless I emailed him for everything. I feel like he was an incompetent attorney.

Hired Attorney Thomas M. Benson

He had no problem taking my money. He did file the proper paper work but when asked questions he was real quick to drop the case. This man is a horrible person. He chose to withdraw cuz he lacks the proper knowledge to do so.

Hired Law Firm

Unprofessional. I was garnished for being a few days late. They continued to garnish my check after the judgment was satisfied. I got an attorney and they "stopped" the garnishment and sent me a refund check. Two weeks later, I still have the garnishment on my check as they have failed to send the release to my employer. I also found out that the other party on the initial collections auit was allowed to not only make late payments, but male payments for less than the agreed upon amount.
